The Project Manager’s role is to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously while working in conjunction with their internal and external project teams. Excellent leadership, oral and written communication skills and technical skills are required.  Scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining scope are a must.  


This position calls for a well-organized, self-motivated person, who enjoys a variety of concurrent assignments while working with technology and people.  It requires enthusiasm, grit, creativity, flexibility, resiliency, and a professional and courteous personality.

  • The preferred candidate will have a BS in engineering, or similar discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project manager experience preferred
  • Understanding of PMBOK is desired
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods is a plus
  • Computer literacy and Microsoft Office experience is a must
  • Experience in PDM, ERP (i.e. Syspro), CAD (i.e. SolidWorks) software systems is a plus
  • Experience reading mechanical, electrical drawings is a plus
  • Understanding principles of software code is a plus
  • Infrequent travel may be necessary from time to time, < 10%
