The Staff Accountant I-III supports the Controller with tasks related to internal and corporate reporting, ERP maintenance, banking activities, tax matters, and AP & AR processes. The Staff Accountant I-III also provides expert-level support and guidance across the entire organization regarding ERP and regular business transaction questions.





  • Maintains financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepares journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations to assist in the month-end close process.
  • Assists with post month-end close activities such as providing required balance sheet support to internal audit, preparation of internal financial reporting and assisting with variance analytics.
  • Assists with the preparation of the annual operating budget and quarterly reforecasts.
  • Assists with internal audit information requests.
  • Establishes strong relationships with inter-departmental co-workers and serves as an accounting and financial reporting resource.
  • Supports implementation and maintenance of strong internal controls around accounting, financial, operational, and business processes that protect the company's assets and profits.
  • Works closely with Operations to ensure proper recordkeeping of inventory and cost of goods sold.
  • Ensures adequate controls are established and followed to manage the Company's inventories including valuations, obsolescence, and costing.
  • Works closely with the Client Account Representative team to ensure proper revenue and cost of goods sold recognition.





  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university preferred.
  • CPA license preferred.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and quickly turnaround impromptu requests.
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems/business enterprise systems, preferably SysPro.
