As an Engineer with Simco/FCX Performance, you will expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team. You’ll spend your time interacting with your customers determining customer application problems, while providing solutions to meet those needs. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Sizing, selecting and specifying valves, actuators, accessories, instrumentation and related process equipment.
  • Providing customer service and technical assistance to customers and Inside/Outside Account Managers
  • Manage Complex process projects.
  • Provide customer phone orders and quoting prices.
  • Participating in the management of new and existing customer relationships by providing solutions, managing customer expectations and effectively solve customer problems, issues and concerns.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field required
  • 1+ years’ experience in a Technical Sales or Application Engineer role required, 3+ years preferred
  • Previous experience with Process Flow Control equipment preferred
  • Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
