Business Process Digitization Lead

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Resolve 50% of assigned Tier-3 support tickets within 1 business day
  • Resolve 70% of assigned Tier-3 support tickets within 5 business days
  • Assign 95% of assigned non-Tier-3 support tickets to appropriate personnel within 4 business hours
  • Maintain 99% functional availability during business hours of each assigned application and system
  • Complete less than 30% Tier-1 and Tier-2 tickets, except as assigned by supervisor
  • Complete 90% of unblocked scrum tasks within assigned sprint
  • Responsible for designing ,developing, implementing, and maintaining database systems and related applications
  • Responsible for high availability and high performance of database related systems
  • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors
  • Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results
  • Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems
  • Provide on-site management, training, and oversight of subordinates, as assigned
  • Position may be assigned additional responsibilities as Help Desk/Desktop Support for customers
  • Job duties are subject to change as directed by management

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting databases/applications
  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and T-SQL
  • Strong report development skills
  • Experience in web application development and IIS skills
  • Experience in .Net application development and Visual Studio
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, IAS, DHCP, File Services and Terminal Services.
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM

Work Environment:

  • Office is located in Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, OH. Consists of a modern, multi-function office environment.
  • Normal working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday; Additional hours as needed.
