New Business Coordinator

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all administrative duties related to the processing of new customers.

Including but not limited to:

  • Processing of credit applications.
  • Follow up on credit references.
  • Ensure customer accounts are established accurately within P21.
  • Ensure all documentation is attached to customer’s account in P21.
  • Maintain customer tax exemption forms via CertCapture.


  • Additional duties may also include:
    • Processing of refund request documentation.
    • Process customer requests for documentation (Copies of invoices, statements, P.O.D., etc.)
    • Serve as backup to Billing Specialist and Cash Application Specialist as needed.
    • Daily A/R Credit Card reconciliation.


  • Communicate with customers and team members (internal and external) in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.



  • Associates Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.


Essential Physical Functions/Equipment Used:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to use standard office equipment proficiently, including but not limited to: desktop computer, phone system, printer, copier, fax machine, scanner, etc.
  • Must be able to avoid fatigue while viewing computer monitor for uninterrupted long periods of time.


Work Environment:

  • 8am to 5pm EST. work shift.
  • Standard multi-function office environment; business casual dress code.
