Vice President of Sales

Introduction

As VP Sales – Pumps & Rotating Equipment, this position will serve as part of FCX’s Sales Management team. The primary objective is to manage and expand key vendor relationships while driving the product sales strategies across all divisions of FCX Performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the maintenance and development of assigned key vendor relationships
  • Ensure FCX exceeds annual growth targets for assigned key vendors
  • Leverage relationships to expand with key vendors into new territories and attract new product lines that facilitate market penetration
  • Apply knowledge to create and execute FCX Performance’s strategic growth plans around vendors, products and end-market penetration strategies
  • Work with Division Presidents, sales managers, and sales team members in the execution of tactical sales plans, implement recovery plans to close gaps as needed;
  • Assist salesmen and division managers to drive large customer / project opportunities that may require a more ‘global’ approach
  • Provide leadership and direction for the technical sales support team members
  • Work in conjunction with FCX University in order to accelerate the development of both inside and outside sales team members in the sale of assigned product groups and key vendors
  • Share sales successes and best practices across the Company divisions, branches and salespeople
  • Travel requirements will range from 50-75%.
