In this role you’ll be performing of all activities and/or direct reports that include; Reviews demand requirements, nets on hand inventory and places purchase orders with assigned and selected suppliers.  Evaluates drawings and consults with engineering to identify electrical/mechanical component requirements. You’ll leverage all that hands on experience in your background and put it to good use helping us to please our customers and gain new ones.

We’ll look to you to lead the charge in this area as your work helps to support the industry’s best sales team.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Place purchase orders for distribution items
  • Exercise good judgment and working knowledge of materials and source supply to make purchases at a price consistent with quality and quantity.
  • Process and vendor shipping discrepancies associated with assigned vendors.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies for assigned suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain all assigned vendor-pricing matrixes.
  • Process assigned vendors annual stock returns for overstock and slow moving product.
  • Monitor and evaluate distribution suppliers for delivery and quality.
  • Other duties as needed.




  • 3+ years Purchasing experience
  • High school diploma or GED
