The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote Applied Fluid Power and FCx company brand's products and services. They will manage various channels and social media networks, Google Ads, websites, webinars, podcasts, and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to our audience. The digital marketing manager will manage a team of marketing specialists.

 

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes web sites & content, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
  • Work closely with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Engages digital marketing staff job results by counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Education:

  • Five or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred; must have High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Magento, Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
