Senior ERP Process Improvement Analyst

This position is a key member of the Fluid Power & Flow Control digital transformation team responsible for evaluating the current business practices, looking for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, and make the best use of the business’s resources. This position will require some system and technical hands on skills/learning to deliver turnkey solutions.  Some other responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, implementing improvements, data analysis, leading teams, collecting performance data, and working cooperatively with the department.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Works with multiple teams of business practitioners to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations, and lead execution of initiatives.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders including internal business partners on an ongoing basis to manage expectations surrounding project scope, deliverables, resources, schedule and cost.
  • Proven ability to elicit requirements / process from the subject matter experts and document them in multiple formats.
  • Identifies opportunities to remove non-value-added steps in processes.
  • Identifies and resolves issues by recommending modifications to business processes
  • Coordinates with other process leaders to ensure wing-to-wing process consistency across platforms/systems and functions.
  • Demonstrates exceptional skills in:

  • Connected to functional leaderships vision and initiatives, manages business cases, IT projects, and budget preparation.
  • Applies a structured methodology and leads change management activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in related field, preferred
  • Experience in change management techniques, preferably ADKAR model (or similar)
  • Experience in defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress
  • Experience with ERP Systems, and implementations.
  • Experience with Epicor P21 a plus
  • Position requires up to 20% travel
