As an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Rep with ESI (Engineered Sales) an Applied Fluid Power subsidiary, you’ll spend your time interacting with your customers in determining their fluid power needs; supplying hydraulic and pneumatic compnents, while providing solutions to meet those needs. You will help customers get the parts they need, interacting extensively with them to clarify their needs, research and recommend parts, provide quotes, and take orders.


You will provide sales support and service to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), industrial companies, engineering firms, heavy equipment customers, etc. where fluid power is utilized. While the majority of your interactions will take place over the phone, this is not a call center environment, but rather a service and parts center.

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service and sales
• Industrial and/or distribution knowledge
• Mobile or industrial hydraulic components experience a plus!
• Basic computer skills and MS Office package

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent preferred but not required. High School degree or equivaent is required.
