As a Fluid Power Sales Manager at FluidTech,LLC, you will use your strong management skills to oversee a group of Fluid Power Account Managers.  You will oversee your team, spend time interacting with our locations, and meet with customers to determine their needs.  You and your team have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and sales results!


  • Oversee and coordinate your team of Fluid Power Account Managers.
  • Hold your team accountable for results and partner with the team and service centers to grow fluid power sales across your area of responsibility.
  • Make fluid power presentations to both internal and external associates and customers.
  • Assist in the development of fluid power data collection, interchange information, case histories, Documented Value Added, and application data.
  • Responsible for setting sales target goals and executing on the fluid power marketing strategy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Position Requirements:

  • 7+ years of fluid power (hydraulic and/or pneumatic) sales experience with at least 3 of those years in sales management.
  • Aggressive and tenacious desire to take care of customers and win the business.
  • Use of proper English grammar, written and verbal.
  • Ability to read / understand technical drawings.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.


  • Associate Degree, Technical Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
  • International Fluid Power Society (IFPS) Certification highly desired
