Position Summary: Under minimal supervision, works to facilitate the efficient operation of the building.



Role Qualifications:

  • Must be certified forklift trainer.
  • Must be able to use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.



Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the facility HMBP program and retain all pertinent disposal documents.
  • Perform monthly maintenance checks and log activity on the Maintenance Log Sheet.
  • Assist and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
  • Assess building systems to ensure they operate efficiently and assess the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities amongst departments through request form.
  • Coordinate maintenance on the company vehicles and ensure compliance to DOT specifications.
  • Perform training for forklift operators.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years building maintenance experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience and willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
