We are hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Strongsville, OH location. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. What you’ll do:    

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships.

  • Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns.
  • Sourcing parts.
  • Assist in generating sales,
  • Help in the stockroom as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum of customer service or inside sales experience.
  • Both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service driven.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
