RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Sales Representatives to maintain & establish accounts
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries with vendors, carriers, installers, and customers
• Coordinate customers’ equipment removal/installations with internal installers
• Work to increase profit margin with strong focus on productivity and quote and order accuracy
• Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts.
• Point of contact for all vending program needs from: ordering vending machines, scheduling installations, and interacting with vending program software.
• Meet / exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
• Provide post order service.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Our Vending Solution Coordinator are self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations. Possess strong prioritization and multitasking skill, a sense of urgency, and display excellent verbal and written communication. Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport, build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience/scheduling experience.
• Excellent telephone skills and follow skills.
• Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong excel skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not required.
