You will provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to get customers’ business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with just the right parts and/or solutions – especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns. You will also occasionally have hands-on duties that will require mechanical aptitude.

 

If you enjoy working hard and the challenge of finding just the right solution to fulfill a customer’s needs which you will be a portion of what you do after you learn our business with a strong emphasis on working in the warehouse and getting parts to the customer, we want to talk with you! We wear all the hats at our service center and no job is beneath any service center employee!

  • Help customers get the parts they need
  • Interact with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts as your knowledge of our business grows
  • Provide post order service
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Heavy emphasis on shipping/receiving and delivery  

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Our Customer Service Representatives/warehouse and delivery personnel are self-motivated and driven by a desire to succeed. They have strong prioritization and multitasking skill, a sense of urgency, and display excellent verbal and written communication. Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport, build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical. 

Specific qualifications for the role include: 

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
  • SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not required
