Chargebacks Manager

Manage and lead the current US Chargebacks team of four (4). Will be setting supplier agreements within our SAP/Vistex system, to reconciliation of any claim discrepancies, to all related financial accounting.  Continue to develop and improve processes that streamline and maximize the collection of this high volume and dollar value revenue stream.




  • Manage and assist in the setting chargeback agreements.
  • Manage and assist in chargeback reconciliation; research and analyze discrepancies or claims.
  • Involvement in the setting and reconciling is to identify on-going improvement opportunities.
  • Extensive supplier collaboration and negotiation to develop improved B2B chargeback processes.
  • Produce month-end financial reports for various department activities, using Excel and BI.
  • Responsible for additional supplier rebate programs outside of the normal Chargeback process.
  • Responsible for passing SOX and quarterly audits of the chargeback process.
  • Prepare and provide monthly executive review reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed


Job Requirements

  • Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree in business related field. Distribution experience preferred
  • Close knowledge and working experience with Pricing, Product Management and Finance.
  • Experience with ERP Systems and tools (SAP and Vistex preferred)
  • Strong negotiating skills (internal & external)
  • Distribution or Manufacturing Industry Experience preferred
  • Strong BI skills are preferred, Business Objects Webi
