Marketing and E-Business Analyst

Under general supervision, the Marketing and E-Business Analyst ensures our customers, suppliers, and internal employees are able to utilize a friction-free Applied.com. The role identifies, diagnoses, and supports internal and external customers with issues related to our e-commerce website. The candidate should be energetic and excited to share their ideas. They should like working in a team environment, possess the ability to find the root cause of an issue but most of all have a passion for helping the customer. Having fun and a good sense of humor is an added bonus, not required but appreciated!

 

Job Duties

  • Provides technical advice and guidance related to problems involving user interface, browser, and supporting software. 
  • Troubleshoots and restores routine technical service troubles by analyzing, identifying, and diagnosing faults and symptoms. 
  • Performs root cause support analysis to eliminate repetitive support issues. 
  • Manages error processing. 
  • Assists all system users to resolve problems and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are met and identify needs. 
  • Communicates with internal and external customers related to projects, functionality, implementations, and changes to business rules/document processing due to E-Business integrations. 
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify the accuracy of function-specific procedures. 
  • Work with customer success manager to manage data for paid marketing purposes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business
  • Two (2) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in E-Business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information verbally, visually, and in written format across all levels of the company. 
  • Proficient end-user of software
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple projects. 
  • General knowledge of E-Business daily activities.
