Applied's Learning Management System allows our associates to take control of their learning and participate in internal training as well as a selection of courses offered by our vendors. You decide what you'd like to learn and when. 
Vendor Training Courses
Our large network of suppliers offer multiple product training courses to our associates - anything from a one-hour session to a three-day school. Get ready to be hands on!
Internal Facilitated Courses
Our Organizational Learning Department designs and presents a wide array of courses that are available to associates throughout the year - from financial management to sales strategy and many others. 
Educational Reimbursement Benefit
Encourages our associates to pursue self-development edcuational programs that will assist both the associate and the Company by sharing the cost for approved educational programs. Both undergraduate and graduate degrees are included.
