The HRIS and Compensation Analyst will be part of the Total Rewards team accountable for organizing and optimizing our HR systems and reward processes to help deliver on the company’s business objectives.  Accountable for the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems that support the business strategies and/or address key business issues.  Coordinate with members of the Human Resources team in the preparation and execution of change management, communication, training and implementation plans relates to HR system process. In addition, this position will contribute/lead other projects/activities within the scope of the role on an as-needed basis.


Essential Job Functions

  • Work with HR and IT to define and collect business requirements to ensure optimal performance of Human Resources Systems.
  • Leads continuous process improvement activities related to SuccessFactors technology.
  • Manage HR data integrity including the use and dissemination of employee information, data protection, data accuracy, and data extracts. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.  Develop standard reports for customers in HR and other departments.
  • Support the administration of the focal compensation review processes, including administering compensation systems and tools. Helps document procedures to streamline business processes. Assist in the development and communication of compensation related training materials and guidelines
  • Participate in budget session to support annual budget process.
  • Create, maintain and review job descriptions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other similar or related assignments as responsibilities dictate or as assigned by supervisor.
  • Active involvement in the Company’s continuous improvement of processes directed toward reducing costs, improving cycle time, increasing sales / gross profit and customer satisfaction.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related program
  • 3 years of working experience in Human Resources
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Ability to effectively influence and impact across workforce and at all levels in the organization

  • Ability to understand clients’ needs and help them resolve benefit related issue
  • Ability to use critical thinking. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
