International Customer Support

This role will support our International countries’ US sourcing opportunities through quoting and fulfilling Applied branch and end customer requirements. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Meet quote requests by locating and pricing product from sources within the US Applied network or from external vendors.  This may include internet searches.
  • Process incoming orders by procuring materials and working with the US Distribution network to consolidate and ship.
  • Prepare export shipping documents and confirm they are in compliance with the law for each country.
  • Monitor orders to ensure they meet customer expectations, including ship dates.
  • Release invoices for shipments.  Resolve discrepancies.
