Learning Experience Designer

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Design experience programs based on organizational needs to impact business outcomes
  • Build, launch, assign, and support programs on LMS and social learning (Jam) platforms
  • Creation of learning assets (video, screen recordings, eLearning courses, job aids, etc.)
  • Work with internal leaders and external suppliers to develop and post training content
  • For ongoing training initiatives, conduct interviews with SMEs (sales process, Operational Excellence, etc.)
    • Determine management expectations and performance indicators
    • Define related content points to be paired with learning
    • Distil expectations into clearly-defined programs and documentation              
  • Utilize project management skills and develop learning content to support Organizational Learning goals

 

Job Duties:

Responsible for LMS reports and business outcomes

Manage testing and uploading process on LMS

Develop training programs

Produce and edit videos, podcasts, and screen recordings

Work with the learning team to measure effectiveness

 

Desired Education, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor of Science or Arts degree

 

Professional experience in multiple categories desired:

    • Previous Learning Management System administrative skills
    • Prior Learning and Talent Development experience
    • Project management and organization skills
    • Ability to handle/prioritize multiple projects and requests
    • Intermediate writing skills
    • Internet and computer skills required
    • Instructional design experience beneficial, but not required
