What you’ll do:

With a portfolio of over 500 properties across the U.S. and Canada, every day presents a new and interesting challenge. This position reports to the Director of Real Estate with key responsibilities being:

  • Preparing lease agreements for legal review.
  • Facilitate estoppel certificates, subleases, and sales agreements.
  • Develop lighting upgrade and building improvement contracts; coordinating bids, performing bid analysis and make supplier recommendations to leadership.
  • Manage the headquarters cafeteria, interfacing between cafeteria manager and company associates.
  • Track and report vacant buildings as an input to monthly financial statements.
  • Lead or support other projects as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with minimum of 1-year experience in contracting writing and/or building management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in a related field.
  • Team player attitude, willing to help with others in the department when needed.
